- Tracks are free for personal and online use (servers, leagues, videos: welcome).
- No reuploads to other sites: share the link to the official page (nbmods.re or NBMods’ OverTake page).
- No commercial use (resale, inclusion in a paid pack) without written permission.
- Modifications for a server (traffic, settings) are fine, crediting NBMods, without redistributing the modified track without permission.
- The credits above (IGN, OpenStreetMap, CC BY model authors) must stay with the track.
